My approach to mental health therapy is rooted in a holistic psychological framework that honors the complexity of the human experience. By integrating evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I support clients in building resilience, cultivating empowerment, and developing effective problem-solving skills. I work collaboratively with each individual, compassionately challenging them to gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Within the safety of a genuine therapeutic relationship, clients are encouraged to explore and transform patterns that no longer serve them, fostering lasting growth and emotional well-being.

Recognizing that each person has their own way of coping with life's challenges and varying levels of support, I understand the significance of having at least one supportive individual who can serve as a catalyst for change. With my knowledge, experience, and compassionate nature, I strive to be that supportive person for my clients in finding a resilient future.
