Meet Hannah, LPC

Hannah is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s in Forensic & Legal Psychology and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Hannah completed her undergraduate degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Hannah is a Nationally Certified Counselor and completed further training in trauma, receiving a certificate of Expressive Trauma Integration.

Hannah has a passion for working with adults and couples who want to feel heard, validated, and capable again. Whether that’s multicultural couples looking to bridge miscommunications, making sense of a late diagnosis of ADHD, or facing burn out from hustle culture.

Hannah firmly believes in the importance of combining empathy with a willingness to challenge her clients' thought processes. This particular approach allows her clients to explore the underlying root causes of their concerns without getting lost in the past.

  • My approach to mental health therapy is rooted in a holistic psychological framework that honors the complexity of the human experience. By integrating evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I support clients in building resilience, cultivating empowerment, and developing effective problem-solving skills. I work collaboratively with each individual, compassionately challenging them to gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Within the safety of a genuine therapeutic relationship, clients are encouraged to explore and transform patterns that no longer serve them, fostering lasting growth and emotional well-being.

  • In the therapy room, my goal is to be a consistent, grounding presence—someone you can rely on as you face life’s stressors, trauma, and transitions. I believe that building resilience is key to long-term emotional wellness, and I’m here to support you in identifying your strengths, deepening self-awareness, and moving toward meaningful personal goals. Through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing begins and lasting change becomes possible.
