Upon request, I will provide you with statements of services to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers must notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” All current fees will be updated on this page and discussed directly with the client before being billed.

To determine your out-of-network benefits, call the customer service / mental health number on the back of your insurance card. Ask what the reimbursement rate is for an out-of-network LPC resident and for any information you need regarding how to submit statements for reimbursement.

  • Some alternatives that may be available to offset your out-of-pocket costs include Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Please review your specific program for eligibility.
